WEDDING & PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER

My passion has always been in photography ever since my Grandma put a LOMO 135 VS in my hands when I was 7; I suppose you could say a career as a photographer was bred into me.
As I grew older, my fascination with photography continued and I learned that photographing people was not only my strength but also the area in which I was most passionate – wedding photography in particular.
At just age 16, I shot my first wedding!
Shortly after I chose to refine my technique as a photographer at the University of Cumbria and also showcased my work at Free Range in London.
Now in my mid-20s, I see every shoot as an opportunity to share my love for life behind the lens with you.
What can you expect from me as a Harrogate Photographer?
Be it your wedding, work social occasion, or little one’s birthday, I’ll go above and beyond to ensure that your memories are captured in high definition.
Prior to a shoot, you’ll have a chance to talk me through your ideas in detail and get to know me on a personal level – too many of my past clients, I’m an old friend.
My taste in music’s really very varied! I’m always open to new sounds, although The Script is by far my favorite band. Saying that though, I do also have a soft spot for the 60s, 70s, and 80s music: The Carpenters, Aretha Franklin, Billy Ocean, and so on. Told you it was mixed! Although my guilty pleasure is a bit of Shania Twain.
I’VE GOT AN EAR FOR MUSIC
When I’m not working, on a Tuesday night you will find me being captain of my team Scrambled Legs in the Harrogate Play Netball League. In addition to this, I’m in love with darts and pool. I play darts in both the Knaresborough and Harrogate Darts League!
I've still not been to the Ally Pally but it's on my bucket list!!
I HAVE A LOVE FOR PUB SPORTS
You could say I’m a comedian. Well, at least I fancy myself as one so there’s no end to the number of comical tales I’ve got to tell you. You never know, we may even create one ourselves on your shoot – it wouldn’t surprise me.

I love to sketch pet portraits out in Biro – Yes BIRO!! I did take GCSE and A Level Art which helped to define my drawing skills! If you want to have a look at them feel free to ask!
I'M ARTY...
When it comes to getting social, I’d much rather meet for a natter in a pub than go deaf on the dancefloor. Saying that though, I do have some pretty funky dance moves, which may surface if you confront me with some bombastic tunes.
